Expressions of Interest – Centre Manager, Production Manager & Estimators (Western Australia)

Currently Gemini employs 650 staff and has 35 centres in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria and Western Australia and has aggressive plans to open more centres throughout Australia.

At present, we are seeking expressions of interest for Centre Managers, Production Managers and Estimators for centres in Western Australia and applications for a Centre Manager for the southern suburbs of Perth.

Centre Managers – responsible for the end-to-end management of the accident repair centre. To be successful in the role you will have strong leadership skills, sound understanding of financials, excellent communication skills, a can do attitude, computer literacy and previous experience in automotive industry.

Production Managers – responsible for the day to day operations to ensure the vehicles repaired to their pre-accident condition in the required timeframes. To be successful in this role you will need exceptional planning and time management, strong problem solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, sound understanding of vehicles and the repair process, computer literacy and ability to work under pressure for a quality outcome.

Estimators – responsible for accurate and timely quoting of repairs to vehicles, as well as maintaining positive relationships with work providers. To be successful in this role you will need a sound understanding of vehicles and the repair process, excellent customer skills, strong communication skills, computer literacy and ability to work under pressure.
